职位介绍: THE CHALLENGE • Serve as the primary interface with designated strategic customers in IT and communication Industry, and establish long-term customer relationships • Establish short and long term Account Management Plans designed to develop a strategic partnership linked to business objectives for the designated customers. • Maximize account penetration through the sale of existing products and new product design-in opportunities • Sell existing product portfolio and work with the internal resource to customize solution for customers • Identify new business opportunities and obtain competitive information • Build SPEED in product development and customization to meet demand • Provide accurate metrics on the accounts (annual turnover, potential of the account in future, capacity to leverage into other accounts, profitability, supply chain etc.) • Ensure customer satisfaction • Other duties, as assigned by the Company THE PERSON • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or business related discipline • At least 5 - 8 years of sales experience in electronics and/or connector industry. Familiar with Telecom or Datacenter application on interconnection solution. • Well-developed interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build rapport with external contacts, and is able to influence and integrate customer solutions to products • Highly proactive • Ability to negotiate • Should be creative and innovative • Possesses problem solving and analytical thinking skills • 1/ forecast management • 2/ design in capability for indigenous business • 3/ compliance and integrity • 4/ decent English ability • 5/ technical / commercial background preferred but not a must • 6/ Aggressive and can work under pressure. • 7/ tactical and also strategic
