职位介绍: 岗位职责Position Responsibilities： 1、领导公司内部某个产品线的研发工作和产品全生命周期管理运营，接受产品线研发工程团队和工艺团队的横向报告； Lead one or more of product lines in the company, responsible for R&D progress and life-cycle management of the owned product lines; accept the horizontal report from R&D team and process team involved in the owned product lines . 2、根据公司营运目标，制定所属产品线的年度KPI并为之负责；同时将产品线的KPI分解到各个具体的功能部门，负责对相关KPI进行定期评估并提出工作改进意见和方案； According to the company's operating objectives, formulate the annual KPIs of the owned product lines as the owner of the product line KPIs, and decompose the KPI to function teams involved in the R&D projects of the owned product lines and its operation; Review the KPI regularly and come up with improving plan or direction. 3、基于公司情况，负责所属产品线相关的研发项目计划，营收计划，工作计划和人力资源调配，定期检讨确认产品线各个项目的进度，根据实际情况协调内外部资源为各个项目提供支持并为产品线各个项目的时间节点负责； Responsible for R&D projects plan, revenue plan, working plan and human resource allocation all of the owned product lines; Regularly review the progress of each project and coordinate internal and external resources to support each project according to the actual situation as the owner of milestone all of the projects of owned product lines. 4、负责所属产品线的项目总体方案决策包括工程开发，工艺开发和产品线运营，视需要协调内部/外部智力资源为所属产品线项目成员提供技术指导和智力支持；负责审核所属产品线相关的各类重要报告； Responsible for strategy all of the projects of the owned product lines including R&D strategy, process development and product line operation; Coordinate internal/external intellectual resources as necessary to provide technical guidance and intellectual support to the projects; Responsible for reviewing all kinds of critical reports related to the owned production lines. 5、支持所属产品线的市场和客户开发，为所属产品线的项目销售提供技术支持； Support the market and customer group development related to the owned product lines; Provide strong technical support to sales works; 6、为所属产品线的项目和产品验收负责，协调资源解决所属产品线在客户端的所有问题； Responsible for product acceptance of the product line, and coordinate resources to solve all the problems of the product line happened at customer sites. 7、跨部门沟通和协作；部门团队协作能力和专业能力建设；协助公司营运主管改善工作流程提高公司治理水平； Cross-departmental communication and collaboration; Departmental teamwork and professional capacity development; Assist the company's operating leaders to improve the work procedures and improve the governance of the company. 8、研究跟踪所属产品线的行业现状和发展趋势，为相关新项目研发提供建议。 Research and track the industry status and development trend related to the owned product lines, and provide suggestions for the R&D plan of related new projects. 任职要求Qualifications 1、硕士或博士学历，物理，化学，材料科学，微电子相关专业；有CVD相关从业经历和研究经历，必须有项目管理经验和团队管理经验；硕士工作12年以上，博士工作8年以上。 Master Degree or Doctor. Degree, major in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Microelectronics，Etc. 12 years of work experience required for Master Degree candidates and 8 years of experience required for Doctor Degree candidates. Experience of team management in the industry related to CVD and advanced material is required. 2、有充足的专业和经验的积累, 专业眼界开阔； Have sufficient professional knowledge and experience accumulation, broad professional horizons. 3、具备良好的英语表达能力，必须能够流利地进行英语交流; Good English communication skills and have to be capable to communicate fluently in English. 4、具备良好的团队精神和抗压能力; 结果导向和目标意识；有条理且值得信赖，自我驱动和持续学习 Good team spirit and capable to work under pressure. Result-oriented and goal-minded； Organized and reliable, self-driven and continuous learning.
