职位介绍: Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标负责中国 Metal Center 的整体运营及质量管理工作，与工程、研发、供应链及相关部门协同合作，确保产品规格、质量及项目实施符合公司要求。管理内部工程团队，协调供应商及分包商关系，支持业务持续发展与流程优化。 Responsible for managing China Metal Center operations and quality activities, cooperating with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain and related functions to ensure product specifications, quality and project implementation meet company requirements. Manage the internal engineering team, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and support continuous business improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 主要职责 负责中国 Metal Center 的整体运营及质量管理工作； Responsible for overall operation and quality management of China Metal Center; 与工程、研发、供应链及相关部门协同合作，确保产品规格、质量及项目实施符合公司要求； Cooperate with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain and related functions to ensure product specifications, quality and project implementation meet company requirements; 管理内部工程团队，并支持员工培训、绩效评估、薪酬建议及职业发展； Manage the internal engineering team and support employee training, performance appraisal, remuneration recommendation and career development; 协调技术、销售、后台及研发部门相关工作，并支持研发行政及 CAD 相关工作； Coordinate activities among technical, sales, back-office and R&D departments, and support R&D administration and CAD related activities; 负责项目计划、实施状态及结果相关内部和外部报告的准确性； Responsible for the accuracy of internal and external reports regarding project plans, implementation status and achieved results; 参与供应商、服务商及分包商的选择、审核与年度评估； Participate in supplier, service provider and subcontractor selection, qualification and annual evaluation; 监督 ISO 体系符合性及质量流程执行； Supervise ISO compliance and implementation of quality processes; 监督供应商及分包商质量符合性，并执行相关审核工作； Supervise supplier and subcontractor quality compliance and conduct related audits; 监督研发相关流程及产品质量； Supervise quality for R&D processes and products; 与全球采购及相关团队保持合作； Maintain cooperation with global sourcing and related teams; 支持研发项目管理相关工作； Support project management activities for R&D projects; 审核部门相关费用及发票，并协助预算管理； Approve department related costs and invoices and support budget management; 根据业务需求提出人员配置需求； Define additional manpower requirements according to business needs; 完成上级安排的其他工作。 Other responsibilities assigned by superior managers. Know-How 知识(Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge教育背景、工作经验和业务知识等) 本科及以上学历，工程或技术相关专业优先。 Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Technical related fields preferred. 5年以上相关工作经验。 More than 5 years of relevant working experience. 具备管理经验。 Management experience is required. 熟悉薄板金属加工或质量管理优先。 Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication or quality control is preferred. Skills技能 (Problem-Solving Requirements, People Skills Requirements解决问题、人际交往等) 良好的组织协调及书面沟通能力。 Strong organizational and written communication skills. 良好的英语沟通能力。 Good English communication skills. 具备客户导向及解决方案思维。 Customer and solution oriented mindset. 熟练使用 Excel、Word、Outlook 及 ERP 系统。 Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems. Working Hours System 工时制度 (Standard Working Hours/Flexible Working Hours 标准工时/不定时工时)  该岗位属于不定时工作制，公司与个人执行不定时工作制规定。 This position operates under a flexible working hours system, and both the company and the individual shall comply with the regulations governing such arrangements.
