职位介绍: Responsibilities:工作职责 Brand Marketing - Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that define and amplify unique brandtone and identity. - Conduct thorough analyses of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that embodies brand essence and resonates with target audiences. - Engage in ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. - Partner closely with the sales team and franchisees to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies. - Evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives through KPIs such as brand recognition, sentiment analysis, and market share. - Foster strong relationships with external agencies and partners to execute brand marketing campaigns effectively, and control the marketing budget in general. Digital Marketing - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to expand brand presence online. - Create and publish engaging content aligned with target audience needs with 3rd agancy. - Manage and optimize social media platforms,websites,and other digital channels to increase user engagement and brand awareness. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on results. Channel Marketing - Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and activities to increase exposure and sales of products across various distribution channels. - Work closely with sales teams and franchisees to understand market demands and customer feedback, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. - Coordinate partnerships with different sales channels to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing activities, contributing positively to sales growth. Experience/Education Required - More than 5 years of relevant work experience,familiar with the effective operation mode and marketing methods of high-end products in the domestic market. - Experience in brand event planning and digital marketing in the furniture or luxury goods industry are preferred. - Have comprehensive brand and market management experience and vision. - Have good resource with marketing venders, possessing extensive industry connections and resources - Able to adapt to frequent business trips Personality Required - Excellent communication skills and execution ability. - Proactive, organized, efficient,timely, and accurate. - Outgoing personality, quick adaptability, excellent negotiation skills, and proficient in customer relationship management. - Committed to goals oriented towards both company and clients. - Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline - Teamwork spirit, capable of collaborating with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks. - Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred Key Performance Index of this position - qualified store traffic generation - ROI on marketing investments - followers’ om target platforms - engagement on target platforms - brand awareness recognition.
