职位介绍: III.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business management for top-line growth a. Existing business maintenance and follow up - Customer relationship maintenance and follow up - Monitor and control the business information and progress - Provide accurate order and forecast - Follow and support the delivery and payment till the end b. New business development, both new opportunity in existing customers and new customers development - Customer org chart and key persons define - Dig out project information and make sales plan to win the project 2. Price management for profit a. Working with marketing and maintain the price strategy on the market 3. Channel/distributor management for additional engine of top-line growth a. Develop new channel in terms of business strategy b. Maintain and develop existing distributors by managing a healthy and competitive business environment IV.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1. 3 years’ above outside sales experience 2. Working in the industrial market with experience selling components to transportation, energy, building or machinery is required V.EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Major in Electrical or mechanical is preferred 3. English in written is required, in oral is preferred 4. Contract management skill with condition knowledge 5. MS office 6. Remote working skill VI.COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS 1. Communication skill: both internal and external, for a. Being the bridge for product achievements among PM, R&D, FAE and customer b. Leverage the resource c. Global project management 2. Negotiation skill: independently achieve commercial negotiation with customer 3. Insight skill for a. Key persons define b.
