职位介绍: 1、Identify target potential customers aligned with company strategy, develop personal development plans, regularly visit new customers to obtain business opportunities.识别符合公司发展战略的目标潜在客户，制定个人开发计划，定期拜访新客户以获取商业机会。 2、Prepare quotation documents, research and summarize quotation content, conduct price negotiations with customers, strive for optimal commercial terms.准备报价文件，研究并总结报价内容，与客户进行价格谈判，争取商业条款。 3、Participate in sales contract negotiations, assist in marketing activity preparation, prepare new business development report summaries.参与销售合同谈判，协助市场活动准备，编写新业务发展报告摘要。 4、Research and understand competitor positioning (strategy, price, weaknesses, etc.), develop corresponding competitive strategies, confirm company's market positioning.研究并理解竞争对手的定位（战略、价格、劣势等），制定相应的竞争策略，确认公司的市场定位。 5、Cooperate with the team to achieve business development goals.配合团队完成业务开发目标。 6、Others其他 1) Participate in the EHS related activities, and supervise the implementation of business compliance with EHS regulations and requirements参与公司EHS相关活动，监督执行业务符合EHS规定与要求。 2) Complete the tasks assigned by the superiors完成上级领导临时交办的工作任务。【任职要求】 1、More than 6 years working experience in EMS or electronic manufacturing background具有6年以上的EMS或电子制造行业背景 2、Proficient: EMS industry situation and processes, business development skills精通: EMS行业情况和流程、业务开发技能 3、Familiar: Industrial control or medical field customer development 熟悉: 工控类或医疗行业客户开发 4、Excellent negotiation and communication skills优秀的谈判沟通能力 5、Clear logical thinking and good social skills清晰的逻辑思维能力和良好的社交能力 6、Excellent cross-functional collaboration优秀的跨部门协作能力 7、Have efficient execution capability具备高效的执行力 8、Proactive customer service mindset积极的客户服务意识
