职位介绍: Job Description: Quotation management from opportunity to order solution, actively works together with AE, R&D and related function to implement and drive new strategies and offers Bringing the voice of the market & industry & customer as well as sales into the factory, deploy factory service improvement for customer experience improvement. FVC to minimize business risk and maximize output according to market demand Driving the factory business opportunity management and the follow-up process Initiate and drive product cost roadmap and specific reduction projects. Lead new product/project launching activities, tracking the prototype and sample production to ensure catch up the schedule Coordinate with cross function for business status including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery and order handling follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: University degree in Engineering or equivalent 5 years’ work experience of multinational company in industrial sales, including account management, project management Good analytical and problem solving skills and work well under great pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of business functions in a diverse community. Ability to develop and prepare business/product develop plans. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. and achieve both short & long term objectives. Ability to summary valuable dates, and analysis. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
