职位介绍: • Develop annual/monthly operation plans aligned with company‘s strategies; optimize resource allocation to ensure strategy deployment and operational excellence. • Ensure plant compliance (regulatory/system/customer audits); implement EHS systems to achieve zero safety incidents; • Establish and maintain QMS with end-to-end quality control; continuously reduce defect rates and improve First Pass Yield (FPY). • Drive lead time optimization and ensure on time delivery performance to fulfill customers’ demand. • Monitor manufacturing process and key metrics; drive implementation of Lean, TPM, and 6S methodologies to continuously improve OEE and eliminate waste. • Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives; optimize production processes and workflows to advance smart manufacturing capabilities and operational agility. • Lead NPI processes, coordinate pilot-to-mass production transition, shorten introduction cycles, and ensure efficient ramp-up from prototype to full-scale production. • Develop and execute the annual plant budget; strictly control labor, energy, material, and overhead costs. Lead cost-down initiatives to continuously reduce operation cost. • Build talent pipelines and empower leaders & teams. Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance team cohesion, execution capability, and build a high-performance operations organization. • Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Procurement, and Quality to drive supply chain optimization to improve customer satisfaction • Cultivate a continuous improvement culture and build a benchmark manufacturing facility.
