职位介绍: 职位目标：为可持续性地追求卓越质量绩效及符合相关法规及标准要求，启动质量体系改进项目。在总部及外部顾问的指导下，本职位主要负责处理过程验证相关的子项目改善工作。主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify applicable requirements from GxP regulations, industry standards, policies from AQR/ARDx/BU with support from SME. 在总部及外部顾问的帮助下，识别GxP相关法规，标准及总部相关政策要求。 2. Understand the improvement opportunities for PVAL workstream, evaluate the risk of improvement opportunities and provide professional improvement advice to the company. 理解识别出的改进机会，评估相关风险，提供专业的改进建议。 3. Provide support to PVAL workstream remediation planning, execute the activities in accordance with plan and report out the deliverables and exception. 参与制定改进计划，执行改进措施，汇报工作结果及异常。 4. Draft PVAL validation protocol, perform the validation and document the result. 起草过程验证方案，执行验证，记录验证结果。 5. Update applicable SOPs if necessary. 更新SOPs 6. Provide technical support and trainings to stakeholders where necessary. 为相关方提供专业的技术指导及培训。 7. Drive the process validation process improvement program if necessary. 推动过程验证流程改善项目。 8. Track and measure the implementation of PVAL remediation actions. 跟踪及测量改进措施落实情况。 9. Join the meeting, conference call and summarize the report etc. 参加会议，电话会议。按要求准备各种会议资料，报告等。 10. Undertake other tasks that assigned by superior. 完成上级安排的其他任务。任职条件Qualifications: • 本科以上学历，工程，生化或理工相关专业。 • 任职经验Working Experience: 1．5 years or above manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, IVD or healthcare industries. 5年以上制药、医疗器械、 IVD等制造行业经验。 2. Process validation, test method validation experience. 过程验证，测试验证经验。 • 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill : 1. Familiar with ISO13485, GMP, 21CFR, FDA/GHTF Validation Guidance related regulatory requirements and guidelines. 熟悉ISO13485, GMP, FDA法规及验证指南等。 2. Knowledge of statistics, DOE, data analysis, QC tools， RCA/DMAIC etc. 统计学知识，DOE，数据分析，质量工具等。 3. 熟悉CFR 21 part 11，数据完整性和GAMP 5。
