职位介绍: 岗位职责： 1、金融产品战略与规划：负责公司金融产品方向的整体规划与产品战略制定，建立产品体系、路线图及优先级，持续提升核心金融产品竞争力。 2、核心金融产品管理：负责现货、合约、理财、OTC 等核心金融产品的规划与建设，推动产品持续迭代与业务增长。 3、重点项目与产品落地：推动重点金融产品及战略项目落地，协同产品、研发、运营、风控等团队，确保产品高质量交付。 4、产品体验与业务增长：基于用户需求、业务数据及市场趋势，持续优化产品体验、交易流程、转化效率及产品价值。 5、全球化与本地化建设：结合不同市场的用户需求及业务特点，推动金融产品国际化、本地化建设，提升产品市场竞争力。 6、AI 与金融产品融合：协同 AI 团队探索 AI 在金融产品及业务场景中的应用，推动相关产品方案设计与落地。 7、团队管理与人才培养：负责金融产品团队管理、人才培养及专业能力建设，提升团队协作效率、产品质量与交付能力。任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，8 年以上互联网、金融科技、交易所或相关行业产品经验，5 年以上中大型产品团队管理经验。 2、具备金融产品领域的深厚经验，有金融产品负责人、产品总监、Senior Director 或 VP 等级别管理经验者优先。 3、具备交易所、互联网金融、金融科技、Web3 或复杂平台型产品经验，有完整金融产品体系建设经验者优先。 4、深入理解现货、合约/衍生品、理财、OTC 等金融产品及业务逻辑，对交易、清算、风控、资金及相关业务链路有较强理解。 5、具备较强的产品战略、商业判断及数据分析能力，能够从业务目标出发制定产品规划、判断产品优先级，并推动复杂项目落地。 6、具备较强的跨团队协作及组织管理能力，能够有效协调产品、研发、运营、风控等团队，推动产品目标达成。 7、对用户体验、产品质量及产品细节有较高要求，具备较强的系统化思维和复杂问题解决能力。 8、对 AI 产品及行业趋势有较好的理解，能够识别 AI 与金融产品结合的机会；具备 AI 产品协同或实际落地经验者优先。 9、具备国际化产品经验或跨文化团队协作经验，英语可作为工作语言。 Responsibilities Financial Product Strategy & Planning Own the overall strategy and planning for the company’s financial product portfolio, establishing product frameworks, roadmaps, and priorities to continuously strengthen the competitiveness of core financial products. Core Financial Product Management Lead the planning and development of key financial products, including spot trading, derivatives, wealth management, and OTC. Develop a deep understanding of business models, customer needs, and market dynamics to drive continuous product iteration and business growth. Strategic Product Delivery Drive the delivery of key financial product initiatives and strategic projects, working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and other relevant teams to ensure high-quality execution and business outcomes. Product Experience & Business Growth Continuously optimize product experience, transaction flows, conversion efficiency, and overall product value based on customer needs, business data, and market trends, ensuring strong alignment between product capabilities and business growth. Globalization & Localization D rive the globalization and localization of financial products based on the needs and characteristics of different markets, enhancing product adaptability and competitiveness across markets. AI & Financial Product Integration Collaborate with the AI team to explore the application of AI across financial product and business scenarios, contributing to use-case definition, product solution design, and implementation to create tangible product value. Team Management & Talent Development Lead the financial product team, develop talent and professional capabilities, establish effective product management and collaboration mechanisms, and continuously improve team efficiency, product quality, and delivery capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, exchanges, internet, or related industries, including 5+ years of experience managing medium-to-large product teams. Deep expertise in financial products, with experience as a Head of Financial Products, Product Director, Senior Director, VP, or equivalent leadership role preferred. Strong experience in exchanges, fintech, financial services, Web3, or complex platform-based products. Experience building and managing a comprehensive financial product portfolio is highly preferred. Strong understanding of spot trading, derivatives/futures, wealth management, OTC, and related financial products and business models, with solid knowledge of key trading, settlement, risk management, and fund flow processes. Strong product strategy, commercial judgment, and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into product strategies, priorities, and actionable roadmaps, and drive complex initiatives to execution. Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational leadership skills, with proven ability to align Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and other functions toward common business goals. High standards for user experience, product quality, and product details, with strong systematic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities. Good understanding of AI products and industry trends, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to financial product scenarios. Experience in AI product collaboration or implementation is preferred. International product experience or experience working with multicultural teams is preferred. Fluent English communication skills for business use are required.
