职位介绍: Responsible for business support and assisting the sales management. • Responsible for the management of system. Collect and analyze the data from system. In coordination with Commercial Operation and system provider in supporting the TFS commercial team of the system setting and maintains. • Conduct regular or irregular meetings and communication with CO to ensure transparent and close cooperation and communication between both parties. • Create, record and maintain sales data. Produce reports and data for sales management. • Reporting and data analysis. Produce business report and data analysis according to line manager requests on a regular basis or independent task. • Assist in the formulation and implementation of commercial policies, record business performance and prepare relevant reports. Track business performance, alert to deviations and put forward reasonable suggestions.  Provide internal business support for the nationwide financing sales team. • Support commercial team in daily business operation. Such as financing offering, back-office coordinating, documents management, etc. • Be responsible for data entry of the financing business system and assist the commercial team with remote system data processing and sales support. • Manage and utilize sales-related tools, including the initiation and daily maintenance of E-sign, SMS services, Applet and other platforms. • Assist account managers in completing relevant financing application reports.  Be responsible for sales administrative work. • Participate in company meetings and activities, organize, coordinate, and maintain meetings/activities when needed. • Be responsible for payment applications of the commercial department, covering expenses such as commercial incentives, supplier fees and event costs, among others. • Perform other ad-hoc support duties as required, including coordinating with the Marketing Department on promotional campaigns and materials. • Necessary support to Sales Manager. Main Requirements Education and/or Experience • University Degree or above in Marketing or Financing. or other relative major; • At least 3 years sales experience with Financing Sales or sales support; • Experience with Leasing Company, Commercial Bank or other Financing Institute; or experience with Vehicles are preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Understanding Scania Financing Products or with good knowledge and experience in the vehicle industry or financing industry; • Good interpersonal skills and extrovert personality. • Good presentation skills. Be able to effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations. • Adding structure and planning to work situation by defining priorities and completing the work in a systematic, efficient fashion within the required timeframe according to expectations; • Be able to explore opportunities and take actions, striving to do more than is required or expected. Preferring to take own initiative under pressure; • Demonstrates the effort, willingness and ambition to achieving results and meeting objectives and respond proactively to avoid disappointing results; • Able to effectively work and complete group assignments in both formal and informal settings. Works cooperatively, with a positive attitude with others to achieve common goals, valuing others contributions； • Attention to details to ensure accuracy while working to strict deadlines; • Proven ability to work accurately with figures and spreadsheets in combination with good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; • Workable English ability
