职位介绍: 岗位职责： • 订单报价 Order quotation:  客户询价公司常规产品（STD），查询系统内最新的STD cost，完成报价； If customer inquire the price for STD product, check the latest STD cost in Oracle system and finish the quotation accordingly;  客户询价公司非常规产品，协调技术/采购部门，分析客户的询价图纸，预估新物料价格及交期，完成报价 If customer inquire the price for NON-STD product, coordinate with Engineering & Purchasing department, review drawings, estimate new material cost & lead time and finish the quotation accordingly;  协调生产计划，核实当前产能，确定产品交货周期； Double check current capacity with manufacture planner and confirm the order lead time; • 订单执行（DIFOT）Order Execution  接单评审：接到客户订单后，组织团队成员进行订单评审，确认供货范围以及订单执行的框架时间； Order review: After receiving PO, organize order review meeting with product team. Confirm order supply scope and order execution time frame;  项目启动会（开工前评审）：BOM/RTG 完成后，组织进行项目启动会，正式启动项目，评审物料状况，技术确认产品生产工艺； Project kickoff meeting (PMR): After BOM/RTG completing, organize project kickoff meeting to review material status, introduce & confirm product manufacture process;  项目计划发布：项目启动会后，物料计划提供项目物料采购计划 / 生产计划提供产品生产计划，项目经理整合成项目执行计划，并正式发布，作为项目执行的目标； Project plan release: After kickoff meeting, material planner & production planner need to feedback their project procurement plan & project production plan to PM. PM integrate them into the project plan and officially release to all relevant departments as project execution baseline.  项目执行过程中监控与协调各相关部门进度，执行项目计划；及时与客户沟通订单状态，整理提交项目进度报告； Monitor project progress, coordinate all relevant departments to achieve the project target; communicate project status with customer timely, prepare and submit required progress report.  接收客户FQR信息，及时转给质量部门，追踪FQR评审结果，反馈客户； Transfer the FQR information to Quality department on time and follow up FQR solution, feedback to customer.  接收设计变更信息（ECN），将变更信息转给技术部，追踪ECN评审结果；如涉及费用/交期的影响，及时跟客户沟通； Transfer the ECN information to Engineering department on time and follow up ECN result. Any cost / lead time effect, negotiate with customer for PO revising issue. • 订单发货 Order shipment  按时通知客户，产品已经完成，开始准备发货事宜（packing list submit or notice）. Submit packing list to customer on time after production completing.  将指定货代介绍给物流专员，通知物流部门进入发货流程； Introduce the appointed forwarder to logistic coordinator and inform to start shipping process;  货物发货后，及时在系统中完成系统发运； Do transaction in Oracle system after product being shipped. • 订单成本分析 Cost Analysis  项目发货前，核查项目实际成本，确保订单金额足够项目支出； Before shipment, review project actual cost, ensure PO value can cover project expenditure.  如有偏差，组织team分析偏差原因；与客户沟通，解释原因，要求修订订单金额； Any deviation, organize team members for reason analysis. Communicate with customer and explain the deviation, require to updating PO value. • 订单预测 Order forecast  与销售团队以及国外采购沟通, 汇总订单的信息(季度) Communicates with IC & BU & Sales team and summarize order forecast information quarterly 任职要求： 1、学历Education Background：本科学历 Bachelor degree 2、专业Major：机械，计划或项目管理专业 Mechanical, Planning or Project management 3、相关工作经验Related Experience：制造企业相关管理/计划经验, 3年以上; at least 3 years working experience at project management or planning position in manufacturing company 4、管理经验Management Experience: more than 3 years 5、证书Certifications：PMP prefer 6、英语水平English：较强的口头及书面英语沟通能力，能以英语作为工作语言 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and English can be used as working language. 7、电脑水平Computer：能熟练使用电脑，熟练应用Excel，PPT，project plan等办公软件; Excellent computer operation skill; 8、其他要求Others：性格开朗 / 善于沟通 / 团队合作精神; open-mind / be good at communication / good team work spirit.
