职位介绍: Key Responsibilities 🔹 Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, social sourcing, referrals, and niche job boards) Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Evaluate candidate fit across technical, cultural, and role-specific dimensions to ensure strong shortlists 🔹 Offer Management & Negotiation Prepare competitive offer packages aligned with internal compensation frameworks and external market data Lead compensation discussions, address candidate concerns, negotiate terms, and successfully close offers Manage pre-employment compliance steps (background checks, references, work authorization) and counteroffers 🔹 Onboarding & New Hire Integration Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1 Coordinate onboarding logistics, new hire documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling Required Qualifications & Skills： Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing/consulting Proven expertise in proactive talent sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development Strong background in offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closing Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and coordinating multi-stage interviews
