Join the Team as a Team Leader- Field Service Team China! As a team leader field service, it is your goal to maintain a high level of quality and safety of the work performed by your group of field service technicians. You do this by developing the knowledge, competences and skills of your team. By supervising and leading your team, you will make sure that the operational performance of field service meets the set KPI’s. What You'll Do: • Quality of the performed field service work including administration. • Safety standard is maintained, and all regulations are adhered during field service execution. • Safety reports are made if safety standard is not complied with. • Setup and maintain a training plan for your team. • Development of the field service technicians as a mentor. • Actively improve current standards in field service. • Monitor field service technicians’ expenses and act upon inefficiencies. • Work/life balance of field service technicians. • Support and prepare complicated technical jobs and escalations. • Conducting regular information sessions (at least once per month) with all field service technicians. To share information and capture feedback from the field. • Set clear guideline in the team and ensure clarify and consistence • Manage field service team operational performance. • Travel frequency 20%~30% Who Should Apply?
