- Basic Qualifications: • Machinery industry background, elevator related background preferred. • Minimum 6 years of program management experience (project schedule, planning & execution, budget & cost, resource allocation…). • Proven experience in delivery of end to end complex technology based projects from idea to mass production. • Ability to foresee risks, proactively work with cross function team to workout solutions, escalate to management team based on needs. • Knowledge of, and experience with, statistical process control and advanced quality management tools. • Soft skill on communication, IPD team engagement, driving the succeed of projects. • Self-motivated and able to handle pressure. • Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment, and a great team player to be well adapted to a global cross functional working environment. • Understanding of business, technology and external environment. • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. (MS project and etc.) • Must have good written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization. Strong communication and leadership skills. • Able to multitask and manage priorities. Consistently takes the initiative to get things done. • Strong customer service sense. Self-aware and quick learner; Integrative thinker. Education: • The minimal education requirement is a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills for speaking, reading, and writing • PMP certified preferred
