职位介绍: Summary Participating in the development, implementation, and operations of network security strategies and technologies to safeguard the organization’s digital assets and infrastructure. This role focuses on network perimeter defense, network segmentation & micro-segmentation, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), firewall rule governance, and the development of network security automation to protect against sophisticated cyber threats. Role & Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive network security operation priorities, policies, and procedures, with a strong focus on network perimeter and internal zoning. • Design, implement, and maintain robust network security architectures, including network isolation, micro-segmentation, and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) to enforce strict access controls and zero-trust principles. • Lead firewall rule governance initiatives, including continuous rule optimization, cleanup of obsolete policies, hit-count analysis, and risk-based rule certification to prevent rule sprawl and minimize the attack surface. • Deploy, tune, and manage Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and Network Detection and Response (NDR) platforms to effectively detect and mitigate network-based intrusions and anomalous traffic. • Develop and implement automated scripts, tools, and workflows (using Python, APIs, etc.) to streamline network security operations, firewall rule provisioning, and incident response pipelines. • Conduct regular network security assessments, architecture reviews to identify weaknesses in network infrastructure, and drive the implementation of required solutions. • Develop response protocols and threat scenarios for network security incidents, including containment, investigation, and remediation of network breaches. Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience • At least 5 years of experience in network security, infrastructure security, or cybersecurity operations. Experiences in Ali, Tencent, Huawei, or cyber consulting background are preferred. • Demonstrated deep technical expertise in network security controls, specifically in NGFW, IDS/IPS, Network Isolation, Micro-segmentation, and firewall rule governance. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCIE Security, PCNSC, or CEH are preferred. • Proficient in network security management frameworks, tools, and technologies; deep familiarity with leading security vendor solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point,FireMon) and integration of these solutions via APIs to streamline security operation pipelines. • Strong experience in security automation development; • Strong experience in automating firewall rule deployment, policy provisioning, configuration auditing, and policy reviews. • Global cybersecurity vision and experience preferred. Skills • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in (written) English is required. • Experience in applying AI/ML technologies to cybersecurity (e.g., AI-driven threat detection, automated incident response, or security analytics) is a strong plus
