职位介绍: Mission Statement: 1. Local product technology support 2. Decision on the use of defective and out of tolerance products Main Accountabilities 一、开发过程的技术支持 Technical support in developing phase 1. 新开发零件调研阶段 For new developing part in evaluating phase a) 新设计零件的采购信息分析(PTA) Procurement technology analysis for new developing part b) 澄清相关的图纸、规范和标准 Clarification for relative drawing, specification and standardization 2. 新开发零件的生产初期 Beginning of production for new developing part c) 本地化生产的零件资料的收集、评估、转化 Documentation collection, evaluation, conversion for part localization d) 样件过程中，与CHTUS对图纸，规范，标准等，技术资料的澄清 Clarify with CHTUS for drawing, specification and standardization during sample phase e) 收集和分析材料，尺寸公差，规范等技术要求，提出适合本地生产的工程更改建议，并发起DCR流程 Collect and analyze technical requirements of materials, dimension tolerances, shape and position tolerance, specification etc., raise up engineering changes proposal and initiate the DCR process 二、生产过程的技术支持 Technic support for products manufacture 1. 参与FAI的定义 Participate definition for FAI (First Article Inspection) 2. 根据需求，创建物料BoM和物料主数据 Create material BoM and material master data as required 3. 及时翻译公司生产现场使用的增压器及零部件技术规范和生产过程中所需的技术操作指导 Translate technical specifications of turbocharge & parts used at the company production line and the technical operation instructions required during production process 4. 样件评审-评估并释放样件或小批量零件 Sample review - Evaluate and release samples or small batch parts 5. 负责对有缺陷或尺寸超差零件做出使用决策 Responsible for making usage decisions on defective or out of tolerance parts a) 评估本地采购零件的偏差申请(DAR) Deviation evaluation for local procured parts b) 质量通知单(QN)的处理 Decision making for quality notification c) 改型零件的评估 Evaluation for part’s specification modification d) 返回试验件的判定 Judgment for returned test part 三、装配过程技术支持 Technic support for assembly 1. 分析和解决装配过程中零件技术问题 Analyze and solve part’s technic issue during assembly 2. 装配工装的设计确认Review assembly fixture design 3. 整机装配过程的风险评估(FMEA) Risk evaluation for Turbocharger assembly 4. 制定内部使用的相关规范或操作指导 Create relative specification or operation instruction for internal usage 四、其他支持 Additional extraordinary accountabilities: 1. 制作样件检验的拓印图 Create section drawing for sample inspection 2. 完成直线经理安排的其他任务Complete other tasks which assigned by line manager Knowledge , Skill and Experience • 发动机或相关专业本科毕业或同等学历Bachelor degree or equivalent in engine or related major • 熟悉生产流程，机械加工，了解增压器的结构及工作原理Familiar with the production process, mechanical machining. Understand the turbocharger’s structure and working principle • 熟练运用CATIA, CAD等软件 Proficiency in software such as CATIA, CAD • 良好的中英文书面和沟通能力；Good writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese • 电脑操作熟练（MS Office，电子邮件，互联网），熟悉SAP或类似ERP的系统Good computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet), familiar with SAP or ERP systems • 至少三年以上增压器产品技术经验及机械制造的相关经验At least three years’ experience on turbocharger product technic and mechanical manufacturing
