- Requirements - M.S. or Ph.D. in wireless communications or related - Good mastery of fundamentals of cellular wireless systems - Familiar with 3GPP specifications concerning LTE/LTE-A/LTE-A-Pro, esp. for RAN1. - Deep understanding of the NR technologies in 5G - Experienced in building simulation platform, including link-level simulator and system-level simulator - Proficient in C/C++ programming, esp. for the popular libraries, e.g. IT++, STL, Boost. - Skilled in Unix/Linux OS, shell, python, and etc. - Familiar with multithread programming is preferred.
