- 1.该岗位需要有一定的编程能力, 数据分析能力 (实际工作不编程, 但是部分工作需要 interact with chatbot-like program) 2.需要英语口语沟通 3.出差比例小于10% We are searching for an engineering service contractor to help development and qualification activities for flat panel displays. Key Responsibilities: This individual will help development of display through validate display optical and process originated properties at production line • Evaluate display front of screen image quality both subjectively and objectively • Work with engineering and vendors to define issue, track, communicate on display related issue at on site to drive solutions • Perform optical data analysis on front of screen image quality and optical failures • Drive and report day-to-day engineering build activities at vendor’s factory, to meet overall program objectives Qualifications: This candidate will need to have minimum MS/Ph.D in Optic/EE/Physics with 2+ years of experience in related field (LCD or AMOLED or other display solutions) or BS with 4+ years of experience • Demonstrated ability to perform FOS (front-of-screen) / display module process related debug at on-site • Large qty data analysis / image processing based on AI/ML using program language (python, matlab) preferred as optional • Preferred presentation slide skill • Fluent English is baseline
