- 职位描述 Job Description: • Be responsible for recruiting, job posting, CV screening and interview arrangement; • Maintain talent database, collect interview feedbacks; • Prepare documents and support on employee on-boarding, termination and other process; • Draft and update HR files, such as OR Chart and other HR reports; • Support to coordinate activities, such as town hall meeting, team building, etc.; • Other tasks assigned by the Department Head and the General Manager. 任职要求 Requirement: • Bachelor degree or above; • More than 3 years' recruiting experience in multinational companies, automotive industry; • Good English language skill, both oral and written; • Good communication skills, a team player with enthusiasm; • Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented and attentive to details; • Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.; • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables; • Can work under pressure.
