职位介绍: Responsibility: • Manager and control engineering project during project life cycle in terms of timing, quality and cost upon assignment from management according to corporate procedure(C40/GDPEP). • Deliver the engineering process document (work product) in compliance with development processes as well as automotive Spice requirements; • Co-ordinate and liaise the prototype builds during the development phase with the support from rest of the engineering team; • Support EPS system engineers, TEE engineers in diagnostics and vehicle tuning; • Support the validation engineer to complete the DVP/PVP; • Interface to the customers. Suppliers and other company functional teams representing engineering within Program; • Provide technical services to customer. Like: feasibility study, assembly assistants, production launch, trouble shooting; • Analyze and discuss with customers on product requirements during RFQ phase to make technical proposals to acquire new business; • Prepare technical proposals, Engineering Part List to CQA team to run business case; • Monitor & coordinate the project engineering team to deliver the engineering assignments to meet the project timing, cost, quality target as per corporate engineering development processes; Requirements: • Experience in mechanical/ mechatronics related design in automotive industry, Chassis domain is plus. • Experience of Application Engineer is preferred. • Excellent proficiency in reading mechanical/ mechatronics drawings. • Strong ability of system failure analysis, trouble shooting and problem solving. Knowledge of quality systems in automotive industry (i.e PPAP/MSA.APQP/FMEA/PFD/CP…). • Knowledge of CANbus or vehicle electronic parts development is a plus. • Good inter-personal and communication skills is a must • Basic oral and written English, proficiency is preferred. • Good learning attitude, self-discipline, pro-active, highly committed and able to work with tight deadline and under high pressure. • Willing to travel (domestic and internation). • Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. • Experience: 1~3 or more years of experience in design and manufacturing of Mechanical/ Mechatronics parts systems/ components in automotive industry. • Experience of application engineer is a plus.
