职位介绍: 职责描述: 1.利用SAP系统生成采购订单并发布，核实供应商满足情况，并依据生产计划整理月/日到货计划，指导到货 2.依据车型规划，制定供应链采购规划，指导供应商产能储备或开发二供方、超长周期物料采购 3.零部件交付风险监控推进，生产现场交付异常问题解决，对供应商实施交付管理 4.定期调研供应链数据，通过专业数据分析，推动供应商产能、交付提升 5.依据生产计划及排产安排进行双轨零部件切换，确保双轨比例达成并做过程分析监控 6.监督供应商日常到货及时性、准确性、包装合格率、零部件不合格品数等，依据到货情况对供应商实施奖惩，确保到货质量； 7.制定异常到货采购流程，针对大雾、雨、雪、地震等异常情况采取不同的应急措施，确保到货及时性； 8.依据部门规划，对月度交付信息统计及达成分析 9.供应商LQS审核 1.Use SAP system to generate and release call off, check the supplier's Feedback situation，adjust monthly / daily delivery plan according to the production plan, and guide the parts delivery 2. According to the vehicle model planning, make the supply chain procurement planning, guide the supplier to reserve capacity or develop the second supplier, and long lead time material procurement 3. Promote the risk monitoring of parts delivery, solve the abnormal delivery problems on production site, and implement delivery management for suppliers 4.Regularly investigate the supply chain data, and promote the improvement of supplier capacity and delivery through professional data analysis 5.Change the Dual-Track Supplied part according to the production plan and scheduling arrangement to ensure the proportion of the Dual-Track Supplied is reached and process analysis and monitoring is carried out 6.Supervise the supplier's daily arrival timeliness, accuracy, packaging qualification rate, the number of unqualified parts, etc., and reward and punish the supplier according to the arrival situation to ensure the quality of arrival 7.Develop abnormal arrival procurement process, take different emergency measures for fog, rain, snow, earthquake and other abnormal conditions to ensure the timeliness of arrival; 8.Statistics and achievement analysis of monthly delivery information according to Department Planning 9.Be responsible for LQS audit 任职要求: 1.具备办公软件的能力 2.良好的团队合作意识，主动工作的态度 3.专业、严谨、认真、有原则，抗压能力强 4.良好的英语听说读写能力 5.至少5年的oem物料计划工作经验 6.熟练使用SAP者优先 1.
