- Job Duty: The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for all hotel Sales & Marketing functions, the relationship and coordination between the hotel Marketing Division and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts Group Marketing team, and to maximize total hotel revenue market share and optimize profit return. Job Requirement： 1.Has a passion for Sales and Marketing 2.Excellent presenter and communicator 3.Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo 4.Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times 5.Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions 6.Thinks outside of the box whilst guide change in the hotel 7.Preferably has relevant experience in a similar role 8.Understands the global market and local environment 9.Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) 10.Has strong interpersonal skill
