职位介绍: Duties & Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Business Planning 1. Support the implementation of strategic planning platform at all key functions and execute the roll out plans throughout the organization of the Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group globally 2. Work with Zone Heads and Functional Leaders to develop long-term strategic plan, leverage into annual operating plan that ensure strategic alignment and follow through the action plans identified 3. Partner with finance team on the budgeting process to ensure the resource allocation plans are in line with the overall strategic directions and fully capitalized on opportunities that drive business results and maximize volume growth 4. Support senior management on preparation of papers, presentations and reports for Board 5. Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Company Strategic Projects & Governance 1. Support end-to-end corporate strategy projects, including vendor management from set-up, planning to project coordination 2. Support zones and functions on researching internal and external best practice benchmarking for opportunity identification and work with key stakeholders to design and implement transformational initiatives 3. Execute the strategic projects with effective stakeholder management to deliver against long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan 4. Coordinate the development and implementation of Key Performance Index (KPI) for each of the key functions and operation units and keep track performance through regular review platform Transformation Management Office 1. Facilitate transformation project prioritization aligning with corporate strategic priorities 2. Facilitate inter-dependency management of transformation projects by clearing roadblocks and enabling opportunities to drive speed to value 3. Facilitate transformation communication and engagement across the organization II. JOB SPECIFICATION Education & Experience: - 1. University graduate in business related discipline 2. Minimum 6 years of strategic planning and/or business planning experience in FMCG companies with solid transformation projects in at least one of the below areas: * Integrated brand & marketing management * Integrated category & innovation management * Cost, operations & value chain optimization management * Foodservice go-to-market strategy & business development * People management especially on talent development, reward & engagement * Financial planning & budgeting management 3. Experience of working on global and/or regional business transformation preferred 4. Previous consulting firm experience in developing and delivering presentation to senior management level audiences from FMCG companies is an advantage 5. More senior position can be considered based on experience Requirements & Skills: - 1. Strong business acumen and agility to understand operations of different functions 2. Well-organized and with proven experience in project management with attention to details and strong follow-through on deliverables 3. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in dialoging with senior management level audiences 4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Self-motivated and be able to work well under ambiguity 6. Proficiency in computer software including MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint 7. Excellent in command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
