职位介绍: We're pioneering the future of engineering through cutting-edge AI technologies. We focus on engineering automation, with flagship products including AI Copilot, intelligent workflow, AI design automation, and knowledge automation. Our ambitious goal is to amplify engineering productivity by X1000. As the Vice President of Engineering, you will lead the development and optimization of our AI intelligence platform, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll drive product innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver industry-specific solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate our platform with AI and ML backends, infrastructure, and products. You Will • Build and Lead the engineering team in developing and enhancing our AI intelligence platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Define and execute the technical roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs. • Oversee end-to-end engineering processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and exceed customer expectations. • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and technologies. • Deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients, addressing their unique industry challenges. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You Are • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven track record of building scalable, secure, and integrated platforms • Proven track record of success in engineering leadership roles, with years of experience in software development and engineering management. • Strong technical background and expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving product innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in the Gen AI or engineering intelligence space is a plus, but not required.
