职位介绍: 【岗位职责】 1. Budget Planning and Periodical Review: 1）Annual budget preparation and implementation. - Coordinate with business departments and TML - Optimize annual budget template and process - Implemement annual budget planning and report to top management 2）Take initiative to lead the budgeting and financial reporting systems implementation. 2. Business/Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting: 1) Prepared monthly management reports to top management with deeply analysis and present to management and relatives. 2) Provide regular reports and comprehensive management information to support management decision making process to company short/mid term objectives; 3. External relationship 1) Communicate with TFSC on budget planning, quarterly forecast and monthly financial result. 2) Support other team members for daily and ad hoc request 3) Prepare ad hoc external report 4. Others: 1) Maintain MIS system functions /Non MIS report 2) Prepare Essbase monthly reporting, outline maintain, new account maintain 5. Other matters assigned by the company. 6. Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement 【任职条件】 1. Education Essential: Bachelor Preferred: Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business 2. Qualification Essential: Experience in Budget planning of Finance Company Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis Preferred: Experience in either of Finance related departments Exposure to Auto Industry 3. Skill Essential: Business English; Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Excellent Presentation Skills Preferred: Business Japanese; Strong analytical skills 4. Others Leadership; Work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communicator Problem solver
