职位介绍: Day to Day Responsibilities: • Overall leads, develops, manages and executes the strategy for warehousing, inventory, transportation, distribution and trade compliance for MY Plant Logistics operation • Links Division logistics/Planning/Plant Operation strategy to develop department KPIs, warehousing network, appropriate control procedures and to optimization 3PL workforce, storage layout and inventory management. • Partners with business leaders to identify and communicates appropriate performance metrics/change requirement to internal and external customers. • Optimizes the capacity for transportation and warehousing at the lowest cost while fulfilling business objectives. • Ensure proper packaging for undamaged material supply and on time delivery for execute shipping plans to meet dynamic customer needs. • Manage 3PL out-sourcing vendor’s performance to ensure inventory accuracy for FS, FG, Packaging, MRO parts by first-in/first-out rule. • Ensure excellence Safety/Quality/5S to deliver high quality performance and avoid miss operation/incidents/damages. Education & Experience • University graduation or above, major in international trade, Supply Chain management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field is preferred. • 3~5 + years, logistics operation/warehouse management working experience • 3 + years supervisor experience • Manufacturing working experience is MUST Required Skills • Basic knowledge on import/export/process trade/duty exemption • Able to work independently • Workable English in oral and written • Good communication skill • Excel, Word, Power Point Desired Skills • Problem solving skill • Good safety awareness of shopfloor/safety/5S management Soft Skills • Good common sense and quick learner • Good team player and leader
