Senior Consultant – Product Owner (Beijing / Shanghai / Nanjing) About the role This position is for a Product Owner role specialized in connected vehicle products, we expect you are highly visible and make a strong impact on our organization, ensuring the successful integration and performance of electronic systems in automotive vehicles, contributing to the advancement of automotive technology and safety. What you’ll do: • Enablement practice by contributing to the creation of effective business development and market expansion strategies in relation to connected vehicle product design, including but not limited to user journey design, connectivity service design. • Leading the agile delivery of new product features, including but not limited to minimum viable solutions, continuous improvements, and robust solutions to tackle the complex needs of product design • According to the needs of customers and the business strategy, collect the business requirements of each business department, conduct competitive product benchmarking, and design the digital product scheme after specifying the business process with the business development • Communicating and presenting findings and ideas in a clear, focused, and persuasive manner • Working hands-on with identifying and prioritizing backlog deliverables - working alongside the team to scope, prioritize, plan and deliver features/fixes that address user problem • Collaborating and navigating complex decision-making in an iterative environment and assuring that the deliveries are done in time and according to the order agreed upon • Skillful team management with coaching other consultants / junior consultants on core consulting skills and subjects with past experience. • Actively cooperate with senior leadership and the team to drive the business with innovation oriented. We want you to have: • 5+ years of relevant experience in the area of development of digital products and services, IuK, E/E and further related projects is mandatory for a PM role. • Familiar with in-car digital products and connected vehicle services development in the automotive sector, strong knowledge and experience in product planning, design and development of connected product and other relevant topics. • Master's degree in software Engineering, Computer Engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, product management or a related field from a top university. • Strong familiarity with automotive standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., Automotive SPICE, V-Modell, agile development). Strong foundation in agile development methodologies is mandatory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of automotive software development processes and tools • Strong English language skills for seamless communication and proficient writing of relevant documents.
