Your tasks: Projects allocation in 18-month ● Streamline and optimize workplace efficiency through 5S implementation ● Optimizing Work Time Breakdown for Team Leaders ● Production process flow optimization on Agile Manufacturing ● Optimizing Product Design and Resource Efficiency through Working Hours Analysis Deep Engagement with Operations Process and Systems to enhance productivity and efficiency Requirements ● You have completed your Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering or related major and gained your first working experience (max 3 years) ● Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset ● You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke ● You can manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity ● Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills ● You are a team player and an agile learner ● You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone ● Excited about being part of a global team and turning your ideas into action ● Proactive and committed mindset
