职位介绍: Responsibilities • Solve the most complicated accidents and problems according to the specified procedures. • Be responsible for lead technical activities, analyzing problems, defining preventive action plans and promoting their implementation, and evaluating preventive effects. • Be responsible for lead, training and guiding other team members to complete tasks. • Regularly review team performance according to the plan and service level agreement. • The influence goes beyond one's own field and extends to other parts of related services. • Be responsible for the timely completion and quality of projects/services within the budget, and the integration with other projects/services. • Be responsible for team output. 任职资格： • Strong communication skills in written and oral English • Experienced in big data\Python. • Experienced in one or more of the following: Hadoop \ Hive \ hbase \ spark \ sqoop \ Kafka \ radis. • Experience in cloud development is preferred: for example, AWS/ Azure/ Alibaba Cloud.. • Be familiar with scripting languages such as Shell\Scala\Python. • Have a good record in lead the technical delivery team of data engineering development to provide services to designated industry customers. • Strong communication, coordination and cross-team cooperation skills. • Use specialized functions and technical knowledge to identify, evaluate and implement improvements; Apply creativity and judgment to development support and seek to achieve business benefits.
