职位介绍: Purchasing Engineer, SXC Work Location Xinchang Line Manager: Factory Purchasing Manager Purpose of Job / Job Summary: Understand the requirements from various business / department and propose purchasing solutions to support daily operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for activity of casting parts, machine parts, machine maintenance service. 2. Understand the requirements from various business projects/daily operation, for sourcing products and outsourced processes, including heat treatment processes, production tools, manufacturing processes and products which needs turning, grinding, milling, cutting, bending, polishing, etching, etc. 3. Prepare inquiries, analyze quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and determine supply sources. 4. Maintain purchasing data in SAP (vendor data, supply sources, supply conditions, purchase contacts, etc.), keep daily monitoring and renewing. 5. Work closely with Production, maintenance, Engineering, quality, etc., participate in make-or-buy decisions, fulfill the demands of outsourcing. 6. Conduct activities in supplier searching, evaluation, qualification, and improvement. 7. Coordinate with the purchasing team at headquarter for supporting or initiating international/national sourcing projects. 8. Prepare statistical analysis and sourcing reports, conduct supply market research, develop sourcing strategy and plans. 9. Manage and archive the documents in daily work, keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy. 10. Frame contract execution and follow up the supplier performance. 11. Focus on localization, Identify the outsource product families. 12. Quality and TCO awareness to ensure parts are produced to the company’s specification. 13. Work in close collaboration with GPU Shanghai / Global Category Managers, sales and end users, to ensure local acceptance and implementation of sourcing strategy. 14. Follow up Goods delivery, BP open (Capgemini system) and supplier payments. Requirements: 1. University Degree preferably in Engineering and/or business management or equivalent 2. Over 3-5 years solid work experience with proven career track and achievements in areas of Purchasing and Supply Chain 3. Good business overview and to understand the connection between purchasing and manufacturing. 4. Be a team player and enjoy teamwork. 5. Strong organizing, planning & analysis skills. 6. Good negotiating and communication skills with external and internal business partners and has strong commercial experiences and contract skills. 7. Good knowledge and Experience with local markets and supplier bases. Strong business focus and good at building relationships/teamwork with peers, SKF Factories, and Suppliers 8.
