Job Title: OEM & Battery Segment Lead Division / Department: Regional Sales Reporting to: Head of Sales, China Region Location of plant: Hangzhou/Shanghai/Suzhou Job Type : Full-Time Brief Description (Objectives of This Position) This role will be responsible for lead ing and managing a team to achieve revenue and market share targets for OEM and battery segment, as well as the sales revenue, EBIT and AR target. This role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, relationship with OEM and battery customers, the ability of analytical and negotiation. Specific Duties and Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies & account plan of OEM and battery segment, achieve new business order intake & sales growth target annually. 2. Maintain and develop high-level customers thru frequent visits, cooperating projects, knowledge base on customer’s organization, etc. 3. Co-work with Marketing Analysis Team to conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities. 4. With company strategy, identify and engage with potential customer, building strong relationship, comprehend demands, acquire new customers and seek out new business opportunities to achieve LTR (Life Time Revenue) new win target. 5. Drive for sales pipeline, to meet the target, negotiate and close sales win. 6. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records. 7. Support KAM and FAE to approach new customers and manage existing customers. 8. Lead the simulation of business case, report to Head of Sales to make business decisions. 9. Collaborate with cross-function teams, to achieve strategic revenue, which is driven by mix product optimization. 10. Lead the EBIT driven activities to achieve the target, ensuring maximum value for company while meeting customer’s expectation. 11. Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as needed to maintain the competitive advantage. 12. Customer relationship management, establish and develop good relationship with those well-known OEM and battery customers (new). 13. Penetrate in Chinese OEM and Gigafactory, win 1~2 CCA project per year. 14. Report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategy initiatives. 15. Lead business related negotiations of OEM and battery segment customers. Qualifications Education: Minimum of Bachelor degree with majored in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics. Working Experiences Required: 1. 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years solid experience in automotive industry as a sales role. 2. Experience in automotive industry new business development with similar products. 3. Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing sales KPIs. Key Knowledge and Skills: 1. Solid understanding and insight of automotive industry and related technologies trend, solid insight of same industry and targeted market and customers, has improved engagement and business or projects experience with them. 2. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for internal/external communications. 3. Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools. 4. Ability to acquire business intelligence. 5. Solid understanding and insight of automotive industry and related technologies trend, solid insight of same industry and targeted market and customers and has improved engagement and business or projects experience with them. 6. Adaptability to diverse time zones and cultures. 7. Innovative approach to customer engagement. 8. Strong analytical, negotiation and consultative sales skills. 9. Experience in complete business cases & financial simulations independently. 10. Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers and cross-function teams. Key Competencies: 1. Highly self-motivated with guts. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good interpersonal sensitivity. 3. Team player. 4. Superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual & logical thinking. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: 1. Master degree or above will be a plus. 2. Has studied abroad or overseas work experience. 3. Additional certifications related to Sales, PM or CRM are advantageous. Additional Information High frequent business travel is required. Need to collaborate across different time zones for inter-regional cooperation work.
