Mission/Purpose of the Job 1. Develop and grow Edwards Scientific Vacuum business in South China 2. Initiate sales strategies in certain territory of South China Scientific Vacuum market 3. Manage business related activities, administration and procurement operation to ensure strategy is aligned and target is met 4. Manage customer expectations with strategic plan; meanwhile, achieve the balance between customer satisfaction and company benefit 5. Support the sales team and ensure all the business supporting function departments are aligned with the business strategy 6. Develop senior level relationship with customers to increase visibility of Edwards 7. Be responsible for the annual sales budget for self territory 8. Be responsible for payment collection Main Responsibilities  1.  Achieve target in sales order, revenue and UGP 2.  Participate and monitor sales forecast 3.  Maintain and analysis existed key customers/OEMs to win more market share in same industry 4.  Maintain the existed key R&D customers, follow up big scientific instruments, establish monthly review 5.  Develop sales strategy of R&D customers, manage R&D sales team 6.  Manage distributors 7.  Make regular customer visit and publish visit report on time 8.  Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast 9.  Report on competitive activities and market information 10.Create customer perception of Edwards excellence 11.Work with FSE to make sure all the service activity is satisfied by customer and make sure customer get the service report on time Skills / Knowledge / Experience - Education level  Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or significant. Relevant Previous experience  At least 5 years of working experience as sales and Scientific vacuum experience is preferred; -Knowledge areas/Skills Customer intimacy; strategy delivery; growth drive; Influencing and visible leadership. -Other requirements Good sales and negotiation skills; Good presentation skill; good interpersonal skill on both individual and team work; good computer skill; good influencing skill, Good at English Skill for listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2-4days per week for travel
