职位介绍: Job ID: 0000K3PK Description We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: - Sales quality framework development, implementation and execution. - Successful delivery of report and analysis, ensure the accuracy of relevant record and data of sales quality. - Design, set up and implement the service quality management function - Providing supporting on system development and/or enhancement if necessary, e.g. dual recording system, issue report system, SCRM and etc. - Control the sales quality management effectiveness. - Meeting requirement of risk, compliance and regulations. - Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. - Lead sales quality programs to achieve and maintain best sales quality and excellent service. Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen. - Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently. - Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable Must be a team player. - Strong Microsoft application knowledge. - Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage the senior management to discuss key risks/mitigations, business impact, recommendations and next steps You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
