职位介绍: Responsibilities： The main activities can be resumed as followed: - Influence positively the various stakeholders with regards to HSE, especially when on site. - Design well trajectory and contribute to the well architecture design. - Follow up the drilling activities, contribute to the performance monitoring, contribute to the performance and propose / promote, in a continuous improvement principle, new ideas. - Prepare the drilling programs and prepare to the drilling sequences. - Take part in R&D projects and propose technological innovations as well as REX. - Run the various necessary simulation using drilling software. - Maintain the drilling performance database. - Produce the technical and operational reporting. - Produce post mortem reports to continuously improve on safety, integrity, cost, performance. - Participate in preparing the various CFT documents and contract writing. - Participate in cost control and cost follow-up for drilling related services. - Liaise with other SSOC entities (GSR, Production, Logistics) and obtain information or services needed for rigs operations. - When requested, liaise with HQ on technical expert subjects. - Ensure work program, objectives, ambitions, limits, etc, are passed on to the contractors. - Ensure equipment, studies, services are delivered on time by the contractors. - Organize and maintain the Drilling Data and Procedure Management Systems. - Ensure a proper transfer of knowledge to both TEPC Secondees, PCOC secondees and Contractors Qualifications： - 5 to 10 years’ experience in Drilling and Well Engineering and / or Operations. - A good autonomy to face any technical issue while being disconnected from TotalEnergies expertise. - A positive, assertive, adaptative and resilient personality to work in a lonely environment. - Interpersonal skill to deal with both a multicultural and a multibackground organization. - Influencing and diplomatic skills to win decision in a win-win approach. - Engineering degree with ability to analyze problems, rank them and present / promote new ideas. - Fluent in English (Bright Test 3 mini or equivalent). - Conversant with Drilling software, LandMark, Power Point, Database management, CMS management.
