职位介绍: General Description: The Associate Director, HRBP plays a vital role in BeiGene’s Human Resources team. Reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources, the AD/Director HRBP is responsible for translating business objectives into organizational and talent strategies. Working with senior executives, managers, and employees in Enabling Functions (ex, Finance & Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Global Technology Solutions, Business Development and Workplace Services), this role will focus on complex organizational development opportunities and building leadership capability at all levels. The incumbent will also be a change agent in the communications and implementation of HR initiatives including policies and practices for HR planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, talent development and etc. Ideally, this role will be located in Shanghai. Essential Functions of the job: · Demonstrated ability to partners, coach and provide guidance to consulting advice to senior management and employees to drive a high-performance culture. · Understand business and organizations in-depth, monitor, diagnose and analyze the human capital in line with business needs. · Drives workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent development, and retention activities. · Improve manager capability through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities. · Resolving complex employee relations issues through coaching employees and managers; partnering with extended HR team and legal. · Designs and applies change management and organizational development strategies that influences organizational change in support of business strategies. · Driving rollout plans with client groups for corporate-wide HR initiatives. Partners with Talent Acquisition and manages the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
