- Responsiblity: As the head of after-sales service department, communicate and confirm well with related departments, especially the sales department, and visualize the action plan and 3Ws for installation or repair of high-end products, and take responsibility for completing the work until the customer's acceptance inspection and approval. After completion, the information is shared with the sales team to complete the deal. ・participate in the PJs as a department head as well as a professional project manager and complete the PJs as a whole, from planning to execution, progress management, and reporting to upper management. ・Coordinate the departmental organization chart, and carry out appropriate personnel assignment, training, management, and reporting to upper management. ・manage the planning, execution, management, reporting, and submission of revised proposals to upper management for the various budgets of he division. Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree required. • 10 + years pricing experience required. • fluency in English , Japanese will be a plus • Professional project manager skills required • Ability to plan and explain logically and strategically. • Occasional travel as needed, up to 30-40% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Commercial experience and ability to understand customer context and negotiations. • Ability to work up and down the organization and across cultures.
