职位介绍: Main Responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process in close collaboration with sales. 与销售密切协作根据需求准备和制作相关报告与计划过程。 2. Review historical demands, develop statistical forecast models and optimize stocks. 审查历史需求，建立统计预测模型，优化库存。 3. Preparation of business case regarding planned changes of stock assortment. 准备商业案例针对库存分类计划变化。 4. Calculation and definition of inventory assortment and safety stock in order to guarantee agreed SLAs regarding availability of parts. 定义库存分类并计算安全库存,以保证达成的SLAs可用性的部分。 5. Controlling of parts availability and stock turn development 控制零备件的可用性和库存周转。 6. Selection and maintenance of SAP planning parameters (safety stock, lot size). SAP计划参数的选择和维护(安全库存，批次大小)。 7. Support elaboration of global processes and guidelines. 支持拟订全球程序和准则。 8. Observance of defined processes and guidelines. 遵守规定的程序和准则。 9. Provide reports and requested information to management as needed. 根据需要向管理层提供报告和所需信息。 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识，技能，能力： 1. Strong analytical skills. 分析技能。 2. Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S4HANA), LogControl or other software related to inventory planning is preferred. 熟悉SAP ERP (ECC 或 S4HANA)、LogControl或其他库存计划相关软件者优先。 3. Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables,...). 熟练使用Windows、Office等软件包，以及Excel(数据透视表)。 4. Experience in process improvement initiatives. 具有流程改进方面的经历。 5. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams. 优秀的人际交往能力，能够与团队有效互动。 Qualifications 任职要求： 1. Educated to bachelor degree level (or equivalent) in a related discipline such as business administration or supply chain management. 具有本科学历(如工商管理或供应链管理)的学位(或同等学历)。 2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 优秀的的英语口语及书写交流能力。
