职位介绍: Key Responsibilities in Detail: 1. Provide application solutions and on site project management support for the commercial team. Support development roadmap solutions for key accounts and their implementation. 2. Developing the China service team and network of accredited service providers – organising an effective structure and building competencies of the group. 3. Organize and optimize the technical training database of the technical service team, including training materials, training videos. Design the standard format of training materials. 4. Co-ordinating the Engineering Project Process (EPP) with engineering and KA/ sales team to deliver priority projects on-time to the market o Liaising with all areas of the global business including sister companies to deliver innovative solutions and resolve technical matters. 5. Developing new opportunities in technical services to help support MFT product portfolio and sales growth. Key Requirements: 1. University Degree or equivalent industry knowledge (preferably in Engineering or related fields) 2. 6+ year professional work experience in food and beverage industry or related industry (preferable MNCs) 3. Communication (Chinese & English) skills 4. Experience in developing a technical service organization (preferably in the beverage / food service / cooling or refrigeration industries). 5. Proven Leadership and ability to manage a nation wide service team. 6. Strong customer and commercial orientation 7. Motivated and determined to advance career prospects.
