职位介绍: Responsibility  Provide distinctive total solutions for accounts including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, renewals, extending and expanding existing client relationship, and other brokerage administration.  Lead existing client penetration, cross-selling referrals and developing new Health Solutions clients.  Understand local market vendor capacity to arrange better benefit implication.  Manage the brokerage operation quality and compliance requirement, ensuring implementation of Company standards, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas education experience will be a plus.  5+ years of health benefit related experience, with consulting skill relating to brokerage business, flex administration and all business-related knowledge.  Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and excellent project management skills.  Client service-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets.  Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.  Highly proficient computer skills.
