职位介绍: Key previous experiences and proven skills •Minimum 3 years of experience in leading solution implementation projects, preferably in Multichannel Retailing, E-commerce, customer order management/fulfillment fields •Proven communication skill to cooperate with cross-function stakeholders in both country & global, and both digital & business teams •Excellent written skills by PPT/Excel/Word with simplified and structured documentation for project reporting, communication, analysis, lesson learnt purpose •Knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms •Formal qualifications in Project Management or equivalent is preferable Assignments •Plan, drive and deliver customer order fulfillment related solutions implementation projects, including project time, cost, scope and quality according to set expectations and prioritizations •Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks to keep projects on track and create awareness on time in case of issues •Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization to ensure common expectations •Perform project reporting with key milestones, updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance •Drive continuous improvement of quality and performance in assigned projects in order to ensure outcomes are met •Plan and follow up on stakeholders to ensure alignment and harmonized expectations •Provide the insight to the resource capacity and resource planning in own projects to secure a better utilization of team resources Competence a.Knowledge •Good knowledge of project management •Good knowledge of leading teams and managing stakeholders •Good knowledge of project governance processes including risk management techniques •Basic knowledge of required roles, skills and capabilities for digital organizations •Extensive knowledge of setting goals, following through, delivering and following up b.Motivation •Appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning architecture trends and requirements into practice •Passionate about inspiring and encouraging people •Motivated to keep learning and to forget the obsolete •Energized by working both independently and interdependently as well as cross functions c.Capability •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders and Technology Leadership •Ability to coordinate and direct activities (including virtual) to help achieve project objectives •Ability to direct effort to achieve long-term business objectives •Sound judgements with ability to make timely and effective decisions
