职位介绍: 职位概述 Position Overview 与设施运营服务部相关团队一起在上海迪士尼度假区分拨中心设定合理的备件库存，并且不断完善库存的设定数量。支持分拨中心与设施运营服务部保证需求备件可以及时到货。协调分拨中心与质量保证/质量控制团队对备件进行相关的质量检验。负责联系所有的返修服务，不管是面向分拨中心的，还是面向设施运营部内部的。 Work with Facilities & Operations Services related teams to set up the reasonable inventory in Distribution Center and improve the setting number step-by-step. Support Distribution Center and Facilities & Operations Services to make sure the required parts could arrive on time. Coordinate with Distribution Center and Quality Assurance/Quality Control team for the spare parts quality inspection. Work as the central point of contact for repair services, regardless it is for Distribution Center, or Facilities & Operations Services teams. 主要职责Key Responsibilities o 收集一次性采购/循坏采购的申请，并完成审批流程，然后发给上海迪士尼分拨中心进行采购。 o 每月更新正在处理的库存申请清单。 o 每月与分拨中心和设施运营服务部一起查看延迟到货的备件，查看是否有紧急需求并协调解决。 o 每季度与分拨中心和设施运营服务部一起查看备件的库存设定量，如有需要，修改不合理的库存设定量。 o 对于分拨中心采购的G3要求备件，创建相关的检查工单。 o 负责联系所有的返修服务，不管是面向分拨中心的，还是面向设施运营部内部的。 o 负责返修件的Maximo系统入库操作。 o Collect the one-time purchase/circular purchase request and finish the approval process, then send to Distribution Center for purchasing. o Update the on-hand inventory application list monthly. o Work with Distribution Center and Facilities & Operations Services team to monthly review the delayed arrival parts, figure out the urgent case and deal with it. o Work with Distribution Center and Facilities & Operations Services team to review the inventory setting quarterly, do the modification if need. o Create the Quality Inspection work order for the spare parts with G3 request. o Work as central point of contact for repair services, regardless it is for Distribution Center, or for Facilities & Operations Services teams. o Responsible for returning the repaired parts to Maximo System. 资格要求Required Qualifications • 大专以上学历，2年以上的工作经历； • 职业学校毕业，5年以上的工作经历。 • College graduate plus 2 years work experience; • Vocational school graduate plus 5 years work experience. 期望资质Desired Qualifications o 教育背景中涉及机械，电气，建筑或自动化优先。 • The educational background with major in mechanical, electrical, architecture or automation will be preferred.
