- Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“VWATJ”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the largest green-field transmission producer of the VW Group in China. Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives. Job Title: TMG | Machining Software & Digital Smart Factory Engineer Division/Department: Machining Equipment Planning Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Machining Software & Digital Smart Factory System, like MES, Single Part Traceability and other Machining Digital System 2. Creation of necessary decision making committees for project release as well as coordination of appointments for presentation of project information to the decision making committee in Germany 3. Indemnification and controlling of adherence of international project standards of the VWAG (e.g. PEP; Weissbuch) 4. Coordination of interfaces within the new transmission plant Tianjin, as well as VGC and VWAG (interface-departments: QS, TL, TPW, IE, TP, CP, CF, TD, PM, BoM, VGC, VWAG) 5. Monitoring of adherence of project deadlines and milestones as VFA, PVS, 0-S, SOP etc. 6. Identification, planning and monitoring of project costs and project invest in cooperation with project leader Our Qualification: 1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in Mechnial/ Electrical Engineer 2. English or German proficient 3. Good Communication and Ornization Skills 4. Working Experience with Production MES, Single Part Traceabillity and other Machining Digital System 5. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 6.
