职责描述: Overall KA channel expansion and growth strategy development • Setup clear roadmap of KA channel expansion • Develop offline channel strategy in terms of role and focus for each channel upon each involved brand’s feature • Build connection between channel development and marketing strategy New channel expansion and development • Identify key retailers / channels to build business partnership connection • Manage contract term and resource negotiation to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunity Growth plan development of existing channels • Develop sales and operation plan for each channel with clear key focus and growth drivers • Drive and closely partner with partners (incl. brand team, distributor / service partner) to execute the plan with close monitor and adjustment in time • Co-work with marketing team to land brand equity building, new product development and customer extension plan in offline channels where fits and in a proper logic manner Overall sales and cost management and monitor • Deliver business results (incl. both sell out and sell in ) • Cost management and ROI improvement • Sales progress tracking and monitor. Guide brand team on operation (incl. promotion guideline design, promotion plan development, stock and turn over control, training, new product promotion and other trade plan if any) 任职要求: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree 2. Background: 8+ years offline management working experience in FMCG industries, beauty industry is preferred. 3. Knowledge: Competence and experience in offline channels is critical, experience on Offline KA Channels i.e. Watsons, Sephora and modern trade and / or distributor management. New channel development skill is must 4. Language: Good oral and written skill in English (CET 6/BEC /TEM-4, etc) 5. Skill: excel, PPT and presentation skill is a plus. 6. Good communication skill(negotiation with Channels) 7. Data analysis and Critical thinking 8. Problem solving and objective oriented 9. Timeline and multi-function management skills
