职位介绍: 1. Support the Group's global projects, establishment of companies and new stores in various countries and regions, etc. Review the lease contract of the brand stores, be responsible for the preparation of relevant documents, manage the lease contract and negotiate with the owner. Support the opening of new stores and the preparation of related legal documents. Have solid legal risk management experience in commercial real estate operation 2. Advise travel retail, franchise, e-commerce, marketing, and other important business agreements and provide advice on legal consultation 3. Formulate an appropriate IP strategy and lead IP actions (trademark, patent, unfair competition, etc.) global copyright and trademark registration and maintenance Managing IP enforcement actions 4. Oversee the global corporate filings of the legal entities, including wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, branch offices and representative offices Promote corporate governance and strengthen internal control according to the latest developments of the company Selecting appropriate outside counsel and working closely with them, including managing budgets appropriately. 5. Handle dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration matters, developing appropriate approaches to dispute resolution, lawsuits, and arbitrations; providing regular, clear communication of litigation issues and opportunities. 6. Ensuring international trade compliance requirements are followed. Providing legal support and advice relating to business models, employment, and corporate structure.
