- To complete month end reporting from journal entries through to the financial statements. Provide various monthly reports, assist with processing of accounts payable documents and prepare monthly reconciliations. Responsible for daily tax declaration, final settlement, and tax related accounting. Interconnect with tax bureaus and auditing agencies related. Assist Accounting Manager with day to day operation of department. Responsible for AR function. 完成月度财务报告，包括从财务账输入至制定各类财务报表等一系列工作。提供各种月度报告，协助应收单据处理，并准备月度账目核对。处理日常税务申报、汇算清缴等工作，并进行税金相关的账务处理。对接税务局、审计等机构。协助财务经理处理部门日常工作。负责应收账款职责。 Performance Expectations • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and: • The Global Operating System Plays • ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard • ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard • IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard • Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards • TISAX information security management system • Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors • Match all invoices to packing slips and purchase orders: price, quantity, tax in timely and accurate manner • Resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner • Take care payment outside of China and meet SAFE requirement • File invoice packages in monthly basis and original hard copy in the binder align with ERP record • Promptly respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment status • Ensure prompt processing of supplier invoices and compliance with month end close schedule • Enter all invoices by the end of the month • Run an A/R aging report and do analysis for long aging items and submit to Accounting Manager for review and approval • Enter inter-company invoice and confirm inter-company balance per the policy of company • Familiar with tax and accounting related policy. • Other duties assigned by Accounting Manager • 务必遵守公司所在地的法律法规，如下所列： • 全球运营系统 • ISO 45001 职业健康与安全体系标准 • ISO 14001 环境管理体系标准 • IATF 16949/ ISO9001质量管理体系标准 • 利纳马技术管理规范与质量基本体系标准 • TISAX信息安全管理体系 • 支持、培养、促进和证明利纳马核心价值观及领导力行为 • 及时准确地匹配所有的发票，装箱单和采购订单的价格，数量，税额 • 及时解决供应商发票和采购订单之间的差异 • 关注中国以外地区的付款并使之符合外管局要求 • 按月归档发票，并将原件与ERP记录装订在一起 • 及时回复供应商查询的付款状态 • 遵循月底关账的日程表确保及时处理供应商发票 • 在月底前确保所有发票的录入 • 制作一张针对长期账龄条款的应收账龄分析表，提交给财务经理审核和批准 • 录入集团内部公司间发票，按照公司政策确保内部公司间的平衡 • 熟悉国家税收政策及相关会计准则 • 财务经理安排的其它职责 Credentials • Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting & Finance or equivalent experience • Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement • 3-5years related experience in foreign owned manufacturing business • Computer Skill: Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. • 财务或金融专业本科学历，或有相类似的工作经验 • 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识 • 3-5年的外资生产型企业相关工作经验 • 电脑操作技能：熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint等软件 Desired Characteristics • Good command of speaking and writing skills in English • Professional qualification certificate will be preferred • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to the order of importance • Ability to work independently.
