Main Purpose of Job Lead the development of implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy, introduce or champion new initiatives throughout distributor management team and deploy systematic risk management in terms of commercial operation to maintain competitive strenth and maximise business performance. 领导制定全面的商业战略,在整个分销商管理团队中引入或倡导新举措,并在商业运营方面部署系统化的风险管理,以保持竞争力并最大限度地提高业务绩效。 Key Outputs: Develop and monitor KPI to ensure the business is suffciently insured to meet governence guidelines and requirements laid down by the management.制定和监控KPI,以确保风险管理,以满足业务管理层制定的治理准则和要求 Establish risk management systems, cooperating with neighboring functions, to maintain business develop, financial and operational risks in a reasonable level under routine monitoring.建立风险管理体系,与周边职能部门合作,确保业务发展,并保持财务和运营风险保持在合理水平。 Work with both internal and external team to closely monitor industry dynamic update, develop and implement strategic changes in order to maintain competitive strength and maximise business performance.与内部和外部团队合作,密切监控行业动态,制定和实施战略变革,以保持竞争力,并最大限度地提高业务绩效。 Update guildline for internal use based on company's new regulation. Minimum 5 years solid working experience on this role in FMCG industry. 2. Rich project planning and implementation experience, especially cross-function project 3. Territory management and route planning experience 4. Promotiion activity planning and execution experience, incuding planning, implementaion, rugular tracking & review 5. Sophisticated capability & experience in terms of SOP optimization 6. Good communication & interpersonal skills especially with field sales force; 7. Problem solving & Analytical skills; 8. Take ownership, high degree of self motivation & enthusiasm; 9. Able to work under pressure, dependable, sensitive to opportunities. 在经销商管理五年及以上经验,有销售和执行经验;较强的数据敏感度,战略思考能力。
