职位介绍: Key tasks and responsibilities: • Achieves optimal electrical system operational efficiency by developing and maintaining electrical systems. • Define and track diagnostic KPIs and create diagnostic defaults across all levels of the architecture model. • Coordinate diagnosis-relevant requirements with the brands, clusters and external partners and compare with the architecture and diagnosis roadmap • Ensure consistent and scalable E2E diagnostics, taking all requirements into account and especially the remote diagnostic with OTA support • Define and design the diagnostics of ECUs and compute platforms in collaboration with function domains • Prepare and drive diagnostic decisions and advise and support departments in implementing diagnostic standards • Collect, evaluate and consider brand requirements for diagnostics • Program and release management for diagnosis and OTA at group level. • Requirements and change management of function and brand-specific diagnostic standards and content for the CARIAD and brands. • Optimizes engineering performance by contributing engineering recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; benchmarking especially China market industry supplier and competitors; • requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets. Qualification and skills: 1. Education background • E/E or Automotive with Bachelor degree or above 2. Working experiences • 7 years above working experience of E/E capacity, working within a transforming and fast-evolving environment. 3. Technical / Professional skills • The candidate must similarly demonstrate vast experience around vehicle design, system design , system function and semiconductor. • The candidates should have strong experience and know how to do following key activates: o Degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics or computer science o Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience in vehicle diagnostics and electrical control systems in vehicle networks o Familiar with the current diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP) and diagnostic data formats (ODX, OTX) in the vehicle environment o Familiar with current bus systems and networking technologies (CAN, Flex Ray, Most, LIN, Ethernet) and the Porsche tool chain o Familiar with modern technologies for evaluating data for targeted fault finding and shutdown o Cross-industry knowledge of diagnostic and remote maintenance concepts from other industries (e.g. radio networks, distributed data centers). o Familiar with OTA vehicle architecture, and solutions, include OTA onboard functions and cloud functions which related to OTA. o Experience in project management of SW projects including specification, implementation and testing) o Familiar with AutoSar(CP and AP) Platform o Electronics troubleshooting and strong vehicle basic safety and security design 4. Leadership skills • Drive for results • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill • Can setup a good team moral support operation team setup 5. Linguistic ability
