职位介绍: Responsibilities: 职责描述： Supervise warehouse operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. 监督库房运营：监督库房的日常工作，包括货物的接收、储存、拣选、打包和发货等工作。 Inventory management: Ensure accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and optimize warehouse space utilization. 库存管理：确保准确的库存记录，定期进行库存盘点，并优化库房空间利用。 Track inventory status: promptly identify and handle exceptional situations, ensure inventory accuracy and timely resolution of quality issues. 跟踪库存状况：及时发现和处理异常情况，确保库存准确性和质量问题的及时解决。 Data analysis：Responsible for inventory data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing decision support and optimization recommendations. Lead WH KPI improvement and gap analysis. 数据分析：负责库存数据的统计、分析和报告工作，提供决策支持和优化建议。带领库房团队各项绩效改善提供。 Implement warehouse Safety & EHS protocols: Enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents. 实施库房安全和环境措施：执行安全和环境规程和法规，维持安全的工作场所，降低事故风险。 Manage a team of warehouse staff: Provide training, assign tasks, and ensure the team's productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies. 管理库房员工团队：提供培训，分配任务，并确保团队的生产力、绩效以及遵守公司政策。 Continuous improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement efficiency-enhancing measures, and streamline warehouse operations. 持续改进：识别流程改进的领域，实施提高效率的措施，优化库房运营流程。 Communication coordination: Coordinate with production planning, procurement, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and uninterrupted production flow. to achieve smooth coordination and integration of operations. 与其他部门合作：与生产计划、采购、质量控制和生产团队协调合作，确保及时提供物料，保持生产流程的顺畅进行，达到运营无缝衔接和协同一致。学历要求：库房管理、物流管理、供应链管理或相关领域本科及以上学历。经验要求：至少5年库房管理或主管经验，制造业或工业领域经验优先。或相关领域的经验。知识要求：熟悉SAP库房管理系统和库存控制技术。熟练Excel、Word 等。
