职位介绍: 内饰技术研发开发工程师工作内容：内饰技术研发开发工程师的主要职责包括： - 参与内饰技术的研究和应用，负责撰写研究报告，提供技术支持并指导生产； - 负责内饰设计的创意构思，参与项目方案的撰写； - 协助项目经理完成项目计划，对项目进度进行监督和控制； - 负责编制项目中各种技术文件的撰写和修改，确保项目按照规范要求进行； - 对现有内饰设计方案进行分析和评估，并提出优化建议，提升产品品质； - 参与项目阶段的成果评审，确保项目的成功实施。职位要求： - 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械或相关行业背景； - 不限工作经验，有丰富的内饰设计研发经验者优先； - 熟练掌握CAD/CAE/MOCR等内饰设计软件，熟悉项目管理流程； - 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够独立工作和承担责任； - 具备良好的创新能力，对内饰设计领域有深入理解； Zhol.: 熟悉VDA6.3 德系或者IS09001等体系，Formel-Q知识，较强的在跨国环境下的沟通能力。懂英语或者德语其中一种语言 .it技能:熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) 会愿意根据需要偶尔出差。 Interior technology R&D engineer Job Description: The main responsibilities of the interior technology R&D engineer include: - Participate in the research and application of interior technology, responsible for writing research reports, providing technical support and guiding production; - Responsible for the creative conception of interior design and participate in the writing of project plans; -Assist the project manager to complete the project plan, supervise and control the project progress; - Responsible for the preparation and modification of various technical documents in the project to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the specifications; - Analyze and evaluate the existing interior design scheme, and make optimization suggestions to improve product quality; - Participate in the project phase outcome review to ensure the successful implementation of the project. Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, automotive, mechanical or related industry background; - Not limited to work experience, rich experience in interior design and development is preferred; - Proficient in CAD/CAE/MOCR and other interior design software, familiar with project management process; - Good communication skills and team work spirit, able to work independently and take responsibility; - Good innovation ability and in-depth understanding of the interior design field; Zhol.: Familiar with VDA6.3 German system or IS09001 system, Formel-Q knowledge, Strong communication skills in a transnational environment. Know either English or German .it skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Will be willing to travel occasionally as needed.
